This page contains our terms, please review carefully.

We try to keep our terms simple, our refund and returns policy lasts five (5) days because our items are Perishable.  If five (5) days have passed from receipt of the product, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.  We may not carry or offer the example items listed below but we included them for your general reference anyway.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.  If all of the coffee appears to have been consumed and the claim is that you are not satisfied with our product, you will not be approved for a refund.

To complete your return, we require your order number.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts or contents for reasons not due to our error or control.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Privacy Policy

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personal identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all your personal information, including credit card number(s), name and address, preventing the data from being read over the internet.

Refunds & Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we are in receivership of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We reserve the right to negate your return/and or refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a given amount of days.


Late or Missing Refunds
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again after waiting another day or two to confirm the refund has been applied.

  • Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Then, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you’ve completed all the steps listed and you still have not received your refund as yet, please contact us HERE.


Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us HERE and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once, the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you, please include the following information within the returned gift item(s): 

  • Full name, address and phone number.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed about the return/refund.

Cager’s Coffee Hut will pay for shipping using USPS Flat Rate standard rate via shipping and delivery options listed below. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product(s) to reach you will vary.


If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS? Shipping Fees are offered at Fedex ground shipping rates:

  • Up to 4 lbs - $12.65

  • 5 to 10 lbs - $15.65

  • 11 lbs or more - $19.85


Fedex Ground Shipping takes around 3 to 4 days from the date/time of ordering. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY? At this time, we do not ship internationally.
